Document Translating Assistance
Translation and non-legal guidance for immigrants and refugees. We help you navigate documents and systems.
Our Approach
We believe important documents deserve time, care, and a human conversation. That is why every translation is done together — via Teams/Zoom or through our secure client portal — so names, dates, and details are confirmed the right way.
What We Do Today
At this stage, our Document Translating Assistance program is intentionally narrow. We offer one thing, and we do it well: translating personal and official documents together with the client, via Teams/Zoom or through our secure client portal.
Upload Documents for Translation
Prepare your personal documents for translation. All uploads are handled securely through our private client portal.

Translation Together, Your Way
All documents are translated together with you. For in-person options, we meet in our office. For remote help with USCIS forms, we offer online meetings via Teams/Zoom — we assist with form questions but do not fill them out, as we are not attorneys.
Important: We Are Not Attorneys
We are not immigration attorneys and we do not provide legal advice, case strategy, or representation of any kind. We will not recommend which forms to file, how to answer questions on government paperwork, or how a decision may affect your immigration status.
Our role is strictly limited to translating the content of documents you bring to us. If you need legal guidance, please consult a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ accredited representative.
Ready to Book?
Reach out to schedule an in-person appointment or an online Teams/Zoom meeting for USCIS form help. Tell us a bit about your document and language, and we will get back to you with available times.
